Here are some of the common questions we’ve had about the process for downloading the eBook, Decorating in the Tuscan Style.

How Do I Download the eBook?

Once you complete the several steps of the PayPal process (either logging in as an “old” PayPal customer with your email and password or signing in as a “new” PayPal customer), you’ll be taken to our website page with the download instructions.

The download can take up to 5 minutes depending on the speed of your computer and internet connection.

Remember to Save the Documents to Your Computer

After you click on the link to the eBook (and Bonus Reports), a PDF file opens. Remember to save the documents to your computer.

Sometimes, if folks forget to choose “Save as” after they open the eBook or Bonus Items, they may seem to lose the documents on their computer.

So, before you get too engrossed in reading all that wonderful information on Tuscan decorating, remember to choose “Save as” and save the eBook and Bonus Reports either on your desktop or in a folder somewhere where you’ll be sure to find them.

You can then read the eBook and Bonus Reports on the computer or print some or all of the pages.

I tried to order the Decorating in the Tuscan Style, but am unable to do so because the U.S. State I live in is not on the list (Province). Help!

This customer is talking about the PayPal payment system. When you sign up for a new PayPal account, just be sure the country you select (at the top left) is your home country. That way, the form “reads right” for filling in your contact information.

The price of he eBook is $47US. When you use PayPal, the cost of the eBook is debited from your account or charged to your credit card for the amount in US dollars. When you receive a record of the expense, it will be reflected in the currency of your country, in this case, Euros. You can check an online currency exchange counter, like www.xe.com, for information on currency exchange rates.

I never received the Free Report, “Top 10 design challenges when decorating in the Tuscan Style.”

After you ordered the Free Report from our website, we would have sent you an email confirming that you did, in fact, order the Free Report. After we had your permission to send you the Free Report, you would have received a second email from us with the download instructions to click on a link to open the PDF file. You could then read the Report on your computer or print a copy. We recommend you choose “save as” to save a copy to your desktop or in a folder somewhere where you’ll be sure to find it again.

Remember to check your “spam filter” or “junk mail” if you don’t see these emails in your regular inbox!

If I purchased the eBook, Decorating in the Tuscan Style, how do I get a refund if I want one?

If you are not completely satisfied, for any reason, with Decorating in the Tuscan Style, the cost of the eBook will be refunded anytime within the first year of purchase. And you can still keep your Bonus Reports. Just contact us at .

I don’t know if I am just dumb, or if I don’t have the proper equipment to download the e-book. I am running out of time—the 7 days from your last e-mail, and I have yet to be successful in downloading it. Do you have any other suggestions? Sorry to hear about the problems you have encountered and really appreciate that you are letting us know….

When you click on the new link, does it ask you if you want to open or save it? If not, there may be something amiss. If you do get the option to save—you will be prompted to say where you want to save it on your computer and what you would like to call it. Or chose “Save as” to save a copy to your desktop.

The 7-day deadline only relates to the time you have to download the file from the service we use to send it to you directly. Once you have named and saved the file to your computer, you can refer to it anytime you like. You could also save it on a disk or CD if you like.

Thank you so much for your patience with me. I finally have achieved the impossible!!! With the help of you and one of my computer-savvy sons, we were able to save the e-book to a file!! I can’t wait to have the time to look through it.
